This 1953 Mercury Monterey Coupe has had extensive work done to it. This was a frame-off restoration that was stalled due to lack of time and funds. This car is essentially complete minus drivetrain. The chassis has been completely done and the suspension/components. The body is very straight and essentially could be ready for paint with very little effort.
