this is one of two comets i am selling. had intentions of restoring them with my son as he grew up but now that he is in college, hat isn't going to happen so i am listing them in hopes they find a good home. here is a 65 caliente 2 door hardtop with a 289 automatic transmission. i have owned it for about 10 years and it has a clear title. last on the road in 1990. the man i got it from let the neighbor kid rip into the motor for a class project and that is why it is torn down. most of it appears to be in the floorboards and truck. i see and extra intake and oil pan. looks at the pics. heads and manifolds are there. about 14800 miles. some rust on the floor boards and rear fenders. typical stuff. it has been covered outside. i can and will help load it. you arrange shipping or come and get it. email me with questions or requests. there is a local car hauler in town if intrested. 100 dollars down thru paypal and either cash, ank check or paypal for the rest.
