1987 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series 300SDL Additional Info:

Rare Vehicle. 1987 Mercedes-Benz 300SDL 3.0L 6 cylinder Turbo Diesel W126. 205,000+ Miles. Nice interior, leather, power everything (seats, windows, sunroof, etc). Running, driving and registered vehicle with great pickup on the highway. Has had a lot of recent services this year listed below. Rare to find these long wheelbase vehicles in good shape for a decent price.

2 cans of diesel purge

Main fuel filter and pre-filter changed

Brake fluid system low pressure flushed

Exhaust muffler replaced

Oil and filter replaced regularly

Coolant drained, flushed, and filled (genuine Mercedes-Benz blue coolant)

Brake pads and rotors serviced.

Powerkleen products used at fill-ups for cleaning and algae prevention.

The good:

Currently registered and being driven. Engine starts right up. Has tons of power on the highway. New fluids. Recent service. This car has amazing brakes. No rust/rot under the car. Wonderful condition interior considering the age. All of the doors close solid with ease. Switches, seat controls etc work. Power everything, memory seats, Airbag. Has never had any sunroof leaks. 0 water leaks or moisture buildup inside the car. Car kept indoors mostly. All lights work. Sunroof works smooth as butter. Heat works, Air conditioning works converted to r134. Stereo works (aftermarket installed. Stock radio also included with sale) all original books, MB first aid kit. Still has good tire tread depth and brakes. This engine is stamped with a #20 head. Im sure that Im missing some things. Email questions and offers.

The bad:

Rear driver side window stopped going down (never investigated the cause should be simple), small body panel rust spot, none under vehicle (see photos). A few minor dents (less then dime size check photos). Some scratches. Exhaust smokes a little at idle I was told that it’s from the injectors (I have not serviced them recently). Rear antenna recently broke and is included.
