1986 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series 300E Additional Info:

This is a 1986 300E in fairly good condition. Car obtained in California and now in AZ. It is black in color with original paint, a shinny wood dash trim in very good condition, an outstanding original black leather interior showing mild wear and no scuffs or tears. Interior always used non-abrasive seat covers since new and has been kept garaged for most of its life. It should be considered a project vehicle with the 6-cylinder inline motor possibly needing some work, as it runs a bit rough. A newly rebuilt transmission was installed earlier this year, and purchased from Sun Valley Transmissions in Pacoima, CA for $2900 (Receipts available). Also, a new/rebuilt power steering pump installed this year. Passenger door panel is off as we attempted to replace the lock mechanism.
