1983 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series Additional Info:

Runs and drives fine, will make a great platform for restoration or daily drive it!New tires and full brake job including new front calipers and new soft lines at all 4 wheels.This car had been stored in a shop since 2014. I changed all fluids, flushed and cleaned the fuel system and put it back to work. I have driven it on an couple of 5 hour road trips this week. It drives straight and will run at 65-70mph all day.The good:Clean interiorAC worksCruise worksDrivers window worksSunroof is manual and worksNew tiresNew brakesFresh fluidsDome lights workRear facing third seatHorn worksConverted to shocks and springs in the rearThe bad:Odometer is inop (otherwise cluster gauges work fine)Normal rust in the rocker areas as shownRust bubbles at the front bottom of both taillights and one small spot at the bottom right back tailgate window.Bad paint (hood is the worst)Missing rear view mirror and using an aftermarketBecker Gran Prix is there but not wired upConsole wood trim is crudely repairedMB tex seats are overall ok but seats are the usual bouncyWindows do not work except for the drivers. Maybe switches?Converted to shocks and springs in the rear and probably ready for new shocks all around.Vacuum door locks do not work.Air conditioning is cold but the compressor clutch is "clucking" a bit and air does not blow from center vents.$1000 deposit via paypal due at purchase.
