Sixtieth anniversary(60TH) of the introduction of this iconic design by Paul Bracq and Bruno Sacco. Handbuilt with zero consideration of costs. This one of 2677 produced from 1963 thru 1981, was restored by 600 expert Karl Middlehauve. Fully documented through handbills and photographs. This car is fully operational, all components are currently operating properly. The deceased owner drove this car fairly regularly until his passing in 2013. His widow had it stored in heated storage until she passed earlier this year. We purchased the car from her estate with the proper title and full documentation of its history from the Drs purchase in 1985 from Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz. We recommissioned the car with draining the fuel tank, rebuilding the fuel pump, draining oil, transmission and coolant, new battery and started the car with no fanfare whatsoever. The suspension holds pressure without any sagging after weeks, all of the hydraulic windows, locks, power seats, and trunk function properly. The AC operates properly along with the cooled console between the front seats. The car as of 8-1-2023 was bid on and sold on the Bring a Trailer website, however, the bidder is non responsive, and has subsequently blocked my telephone calls! So, I have chosen to list here in an effort to secure a qualified and serious buyer. Please ask any questions here, also, I have some 300 photos and 4 plus videos to share.
