1981 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series SD Additional Info:

I purchased this vehicle from the original owner in April 2018. The engine starts right up and runs strong. Reason for selling: I recently inherited a late-model vehicle from my inlaws, so this vehicle is no longer needed. Transmission shifts smoothly. Odometer read 218,000 when I purchased the car. The odometer recently stopped working at 228,541. Original paint is in fair condition. Only a minor dent on the rear right passenger door. Car has always remained in California and been either covered or garaged. A/C does not work. Upholstery is rough. Driver's side seat springs are shot. Power locks do not work. Sunroof does not work. I have some maintenance records. The molding on the front passenger door needs to be reinstalled (I have the panel). The right front window mechanism and interior door panel needs to be replaced. (I have a new mechanism and the original interior door panel. I have nothing to hide about this vehicle and will disclose any information about it of which I am aware. The drive train has been well maintained but the interior is rough. There is either minimal or no rust. Front brake calipers and pads (both sides) replaced at 228,541 miles. Radio is not original. Brand new battery.
