1968 Mercedes Benz 250Sl This Mercedes is a solid and very presentable driver "as-is". The paint on this car is quite nice and while it is not perfect is certainly fine for a car that is going to do more than sit in the garage. Light blue paint over the dark blue interior is a nice combination, the soft top is also blue. This 250 runs well but has a bit of chatter coming off the clutch when depressed. Its does not affect how the car runs or shifts and my be a slightly sticky throw out bearing. The interior is original and would benefit from a bit of attention. The MB tex fabric on the drivers seat is showing wear after 50 years of service. A local viewing and inspection is welcome and encouraged with appointment.
