Up for auction is one of my personal vehicles. This is a beautiful W124 1992 300D 2.5 Turbo (in-line straight 5 cylinder turbo diesel) in near mint condition. I am the 3rd owner and I regret having to sell it. I have bought a new Tahoe and don’t have room for it. I am a Mercedes enthusiastic, I have owned several Mercedes cars and this is by far the most reliable, simple to maintain and most fuel efficient off all. Below are highlight points. Any questions, please ask.

· 135,000 original miles. Very low mileage. These engines last well over 500,000 miles. Purchased new at Benson Mercedes Benz in San Antonio, Texas in 1992. Second Owner bought it with 40,000 miles when the car was 3 years old and his wife drove it for 20 years. I then bough it a year and a half ago with 125,000 miles.

· MPG is consistent at 27 city / 30-32 highway.

· Michelin tires have over 50% life left

· The original clear coating is showing signs of age on trunk lid; the paint is otherwise in very good condition.

· Aftermarket radio installed due to the original being obsolete. The new radio has Bluetooth that will connect wireless with your phone for music. It also has hands free for the phone.

· No dings or dents, no rust, straight body all around

· Everything works as it should except cruise control

· No leaks, no rattles, no noises

· Spare tire and rim look new. Never been used.

· Does not burn oil at all.

· Starts immediately every time, including in very cold weather

· Perfect mechanical condition, meticulously maintained by Mercedes Dealer and Mercedes Certified technician.

· I have taken it to Mercedes certified shop twice to address tune up items and everything I felt necessary to ensure longevity and proper operation. I have all records, maintenance done includes the following and more:

o New Bosch battery

o New brakes

o Alignment and balance

o Both fuel filters

o New OEM engine vacuum pump

o New belts and belt tensioner

o New belt shock absorber

o New hoses and vacuum lines, and various other lines

o New AC blower

o New original Mercedes exhaust

o Transmission tune up, fluid and filter

o Power steering flush and new fluid and filter

o New air filter

o Cooling systems flush and refill with Mercedes Antifreeze. Includes new expansion tank

o Fuel Injector cleaning and filter

o New fresh synthetic oil and filter

o New shocks and struts, including strut mounts

This car is sold “as-is” without warranty. Although it is in outstanding condition, signs of imperfections are expected due to age. See all pictures and ask any questions before bidding. I will not ship the car. The buyer must make arrangements to pick up the vehicle at its location in Texas.
