Vehicle Original VIN : 243551967 Maserati Ghibli 4.7 5-SpeedThis highly attractive 1967 Maserati Ghibli 4.7 Coupe is an extremely desirable 5-Speed example wearing classic red over black colors. Completed at Maserati's Modena workshops in late fall of 1967, this early-production Ghibli, chassis no. AM115.102, was built as a left-hand drive Coupe, fitted with the desirable ZF 5-speed manual gearbox, and destined for the North American market. Little of the early history of this Maserati is known, but at some point, it returned back to Europe. Finding its way to Belgium, it was acquired by the previous owner in July of 2008. It appears to have been repainted, but the interior looks to be largely original. The Maserati has been undriven and stored, as such it is recommended that mechanical recommissioning is undertaken. These powerful and sharp-looking Giorgetto Giugiaro designed GT's are among the most desirable cars ever produced by the legendary Modena-based Maserati company and remain highly collectible today. The Maserati Ghibli will continue to inspire future collectors as one of the most important sports cars of the Golden Era of Italian design. The exciting opportunity to own such a car is not to be missed. Coachwork by GhiaChassis no.
