1978 Lincoln Continental Additional Info:

Two owner original condition 1978 Lincoln Continental Mark V Coupe with optional 460 V-8 engine. Gorgeous Ocean Blue Metallic with Soft Baby Blue leather inside. Was told dealer on warranty repainted entire car due to flaking paint a known problem in 1978. Was also told it was soldnew to Drs. wife locally in North Idaho who was well known at dealership for wearing a white fur coat while waiting for her Lincoln to be washed. Purchased from her estate about 10 years ago and mileage shows 23,000 butI do not know if its actual miles, so selling as mileage exempt. This Lincoln is very straight. After 45 years it still retains the original baby blue leather interior with some expected patina and original baby blue factory carpet is plush and nice. Original blue vinylpadded roof and bothdoors click shut like a vault...on the freeway it will go as fast as you want with one finger control.
Every time we take it out people smile and wave. For fun, we had two bullet holes put on the drivers door to remind people this is a 70's mafia boss status symbol.
Selling only due to driving it a few miles a year is not enough to justify keeping it. No trades and sold as is where is; shipping is responsibility of buyer.
