One Owner 1977 Lincoln Continental
I will do my best to describe this car in detail "good" and "bad" so please read and view the video and pictures.
Overall this is a very good looking and running car.
This car came out of a one owner estate in Salisbury NC. I have a current clean and clear NC title in my name.
Mechanical:
The car runs and drives great. I personally drove this car fromthe original owners estate inSalisbury NC to Charlotte NC (65 miles).
The engine runs strong and the transmission shifts smoothly.
The brakes operate as they should, no issues.
You can steer this car with your pinky finger, it is smooth.
There is a new battery. Car starts right up every time.
This is a 40 year old car, I'vebeen driving it for short 30 minute roundtrips with no issues.Ifwant to fly in and drive this car across the country that is your discretion.
Electrical:
The headlights function as intended, open and close with ease, illuminate, etc..
The air blows strong but not cold, needs to be charged.
All four windows work, vent windows work, window lock works
Electric seat functionswork
Radio works
Fuel gauge works, speedometer works, other gauges work
Interior:
Overall, great shape almost mint.
Seats are in great shape, no notable staining, rips, or tears. Really nice. One small tear in rear seat
The carpet is great, no rips, no soiling, no staining. I haven't even vacuumed it, shown as found.
Dash and door panels are also overall very good with no cracks or tears, no sun ware.
Headliner is good looking and not sagging.
Exterior:
The car was garage or carport kept it's whole life from my understanding and it shows.
Looks like it had a repaint at some point. No dents or dings.
One scratch on driver front fender a few inches long. Some crazing under the rear tail lights (shown in video)
The paint is in overall good (better than good) condition. Shines nice, zero rust, flaking, bubbles etc... Maybe a small rock chip here or there but nothing more than you'd find many 2016 models. Would detail out very nicely.
Chrome bumpers shine nice and don't have anyrust or pitting.
Vinyl top is great, no rips or tears.
Hubcaps present well, no notable issues
Nice Whitewall Tires have around 75% tread and are in good repair
The passenger side front door needs some adjustment (it seems) it leaves a very small gap when closed (see video) doesn't rattle, leak or anything, almost not noticeable but wanted to make sure it was called out.
Underside shows surface "rust" or discoloration you'd expect with age and use. Again, no true rust.

Overall this is a really nice example of a well kept, well loved, and well appreciated one owner classic.
