Legally imported, with all the paperwork, this is a V8 3.5 with 60,700 original miles. Over $12,000 of receipts and history back to 2005.

This truck is in good original condition with a good re-spray 1 year ago. There are the usual wear and tear items you would expect after 25 years. This is the original V8 engine, but had a complete engine re-build 7,000 miles ago. This truck pulls and drives like you would expect. The truck runs smoothly and powerfully. The chassis has been wax oiled numerous times and shows no sign of corrosion. The suspension is in good order and rides, drives and steers superbly, it currently sits on BF Goodrich 4 x 4 tyres, and are all in good condition with new black 5 spoke steel wheels. Uses no oil and runs smoothly and quietly with no unusual knocks or noises. Upgraded headlights, new steering guard, rear mounted spare wheel, side mounted rock sliders, bright front mounted headlights etc.

Two recently new Exmoor front seats, and a 3rd middle seat, two recently new front facing full height Exmoor rear seats that fold away, and new headlining. The dashboard is in good original condition.

The paint and body work is good condition with only slight areas of oxidization as is usual on these trucks. The vehicle has just had a full major service including all oils changed in the axles and transfer box. Everything works as it should including dash lights and even the original clock! New Land Rover branded rubber mats fitted to front passenger footwells and fully rubber matt and side matts in rear. The dash has no cracks, scrapes and is as new. The hitch is in great condition.

Payment Methods

Cash (in person), certified check, or bank transfers. Please be sure to have full payment before making your final bid. Winning Bidder must contactus within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Call us for more information.

Deposit

The successful high bidder will submit a $1000 non-refundable deposit within24 hoursof the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed collecting the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes

AllFlorida residents must pay state and local tax, title and license fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own state taxes and fees.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, and insurance. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Notice to Bidders

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. NOTE: All of our eBay inventory is available for sale at our dealership. We will end auctions early should a vehicle be sold at the dealership.

Bid Retractions

Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contactus within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 3 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
