I purchased this Rover 5 years ago to have something unique to drive around andwork on with my twin boys. Looking for a good home now because they have their own ideasof what cars they'd like to drive.
This Rover runs great with a 2.25 petrol engine and 4 speed manual. Also, has FaireyOverdrive to allow speeds up to 45-55 mph. Rare capstan wench. Surface rust on frameand some corrosionwhere the aluminum body mates to the steel mounts. Lots of greatoriginal patina!
Improvements include:New front seats, dash, door panels, Michelin XZL tires, swivel balls, brakes and shocks.
Extras:Soft top, deluxe bonnet, 15" steel wheels, spare parts and Land Rover memorabilia!
To do list:Turn signals work intermittently, need to address groundNeeds speedometer cable replaced, speedometer currently not workingMisc leaks and squeaks that come with owning a Land Rover
