1983 Jeep J10 Additional Info:

1983 Jeep J-10 honcho sportside pickup was acquired by me in 2003, and it was subsequently painted original black paint in 2005 following the installation a BJ’s 6’ lift kit. The original AMC 360 was rebuilt .030 over and we installed an edlebrock intake, holley truck avenger carburetor, headers, and MDS ignition system. The truck is equipped with its original four-speed manual transmission, original rebuilt transfer case, original Dana 44 front axle with its original AMC 20 in the rear with a locker. Additional equipment include BJ’s off road springs, Rancho shocks, Rancho steering stabilizer, air conditioning, power windows, power seats, power steering, tilt steering wheel, reupholstered bucket seats out of a Grand Wagoneer, front disc brakes, Enkei 18″ wheels, BF Goodrich 35″ tires, and many more upgrades.

The truck was finished from the factory black with orange Honcho decals. Bodywork and rust repairs were performed on the bed, cab mounts, and lower portions of the cab and doors before the truck was repainted in 2005, but needs some body work. We added a raised fiberglass hood, and sprayed bedliner. It has the original rollbar and aftermarket Warn rear bumper and BJ’s front bumper with Warn 8000 winch. Further equipment includes LED headlights, KC lights, and I have the original rear bumper that is included but needs some work. The windshield was replaced in 2005, but has some clouding in a corner.

Lots of blood, sweat, and tears has went into this build, but I do not have the time to keep up with it. It is a very rare truck that needs some TLC I cannot give to it. I have additional pictures if needed. Truck is located in Jacksonville, Florida and will need a trailer as we do not drive it much. It has only 11,000 on it’s rebuilt motor.
