Running and driving when parked several years ago, but currently not starting. Turns over and sputters with ether, so it appears to be some sort of fuel issue. Brought this to plow snow in my driveway, everything worked when parked, but we haven't had enough snow and I have other projects pending. Clear NJ title, will need a battery or jumper cables to diagnos/start/or to turn over engine. Selling "As-Is". Rusted floor boards, driveable for short distances, but would probably be safer to trailer if taking it on a long ride. Includes newer Western Hydraulic Plow with interior controller. No tire kickers or scammers, please.
