Up for sale is an older restoration, slightly customized, rare find. This vehicle was imported and sold new in Sweden in 1978. For sale now by owner, listing provided by agent who will assist buyer at no extra cost in procuring worldwide door-to-door shipping. More than 80 photos and videos available.
The car recently passed theindependentandmandatory yearly government safety and emissions inspection in Sweden, and is approved for road use in all of the European Union and other countries in Europe. This inspection is much more stringent than any state imposed inspection in the USA and includes checking lights, brakes, suspension, steering,frame,body and safety features. Everything works as it should, the car is in fully driveable condition and needs nothing today.
According to the Swedish public vehicles database, this car had 12 previous owners, including car dealers. The current owner bought it in the year of 2000, and sold it in 2001. He purchased it back in 2018. In the interim it had 2 other owners. The main restoration and customization work was completed in 1986 at the cost of then SEK 255,000. Now in 2023, that amount is equivalent to USD 59,900. True mileage is unknown, as the odometer stopped working, but the owner estimates that it now has around 100,000 kms, equal to 60,000 miles. During the last 23 years, he says that it was driven less than 10,000 kms or 6,000 miles.
