1986 Jeep Comanche XLS Additional Info:

This is a very original 1986 Jeep Comanche Pickup. This is an AMC-produced Jeep. XLS longbed pickup with low miles on 2.8 liter V6 engine. Automatic transmission, 2wd. This truck has been repainted at some time in her past, and is holding up well. Little to no rust. Interior is in very good condition: carpet, headliner, dash and seat are all original. Sliding rear window. Engine runs well. Does not burn or drip oil. Transmission shifts smoothly. I also have original owner's manual (see pic). This Comanche comes from Santa Rosa, CA area.
Has A/C but compressor clutch does not engage. Tires are old and cracked. Horn, some dash lights are not working. Also needs a power brake booster, though manual brakes do work.
Comanche values are rapidly rising in value, especially after the entrance of the new Gladiator pickup on the market. Great base for a custom build or restoration project.
