Rare low mileage “Barn Find” 1993 Jeep Wrangler YJ Sahara. This Jeep is veryclean and rust free. It was purchased from the original owner (Aspen, Colorado) then taken over to Hawaii and registered for 6 months, brought it back to Colorado and is now for sale. It drives easily in the mountains, lots of power and very peppy, shifts perfect, drives great and handles well and is tight. It was used during the summer months in the mountains and parked in the winter. The Jeep spent its life inside a garage and was rarely driven. A true rare find and the perfect summer cruiser, weekend warrior or addition to your collection. A few of the original receipts / documents from new will be included as well as the owners manuals.

Motor:

Stock 6 cylinder4.0L HighOutput motor. This engine runs great and idles perfectly. I do not notice any oil leaks after driving it or after sittingovernight.

Transmission/Drivetrain/suspension/Transfer Case:

The 5speed AX-15 manual transmission shifts perfect and is extremely tight! The clutch is excellent andthere are no whining,crunching, or chatter in the transmission or transfer case. The Jeep has a Curry 2.5" suspension spring liftwhich provides plenty of room for the 31" tires. Stock springs can be purchased if desired from Alcan. 4x4 shifts easily in and our of 4wheel drive which is indicated and displayed on the dash.The power steering may need a new pump, I am including one in the auction.I notice a slight vibration under gas, this could be in relation to age and the balancing of the tires or the small leaf spring lift but unsure it is slight.

Tires/Wheels:

The tires are in great shape and have a lot of tread life remaining (70%) despite beingpurchased in 2000. They are 31x10.50x15 big o AT andhave the receipt. The wheels are on the stock 15x7aluminumwheels and in great condition.

Body/Paint:

The paint is original and the jeep has never been repainted. It is stunning, shiny and very reflective. This Jeep is RUST FREE. The body is in excellent condition and does not have any significant dents or issues. There are a few nicks and scratches on the plastic moldings behind the passenger front tire (viewphotos). The tops of the fender flares clear coat have a slight fade on each from the sunshine and, or elements. The hood has 2-3 minot dings that could be fixed with pdr. Thewindshield glass is excellent condition with only a minor crack near the bottom behind the windshield wiperapprox.6" long.

Interior:

The interior is original. The seating is in excellent condition and greenSaharafabric. The carpet, dash, roll bar padding, consoleare all inall excellent. The factory floor mats are included and showing some wear on the drivers side. The factory carpet is excellent. Everything works on the dash, the heater, wipers, stock factory radio,speakers, lamps, gauges, odometer and speedometer.

Hardtop/Doors:

The hardtop is in excellent condition, has a couple small scratches and at one time there was a bike rack mounted but has been taken off. Youwill notice two small black brackets on each side above the rear side windows. No cracks or deep cuts or issues, the top is in fantastic condition. The rear window struts hold the glass upright, sometimes the tire carrier gets in the way but with an extra push it allows the window to raise. The rear window wiper works very well without issues. The factory hard doors open and close with ease, all locks, windows and door handles work perfectly. The green interior panels of the doors are in great condition as well.

It may have imperfections that I may have missed so do not hesitate to ask questions or come see it in person. A $500 non refundable deposit must be paid within 24 hours of auction end time via PayPal. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of the auction end time by electronic bank transfer or cash in person. I will not ship the Jeep or let it go until all funds have cleared. Once funds have cleared I will overnight the title to you. I am not responsible for any out of state inspections or emissions requirements in your state.
