1986 Jeep Wrangler CJ-7 with 4.2L Engine - Drive Train Finished - Ton's of Work! My plan was to make it a sleeper. Look ok on the outside and be as close to new with the drive train. That way I wouldn't have to worry about banging it up if I went four wheeling. Well I'm down sizing and I have to sell. I have countless hours into this. The engine compartment/Engine and underside look awesome. It really came out good. I hope you can tell from my pictures. Please look at them all and let me know if you need more. I can send 5 at a time. Below is what I can remember doing to the Jeep.
Valve Job - New Timing chain and Gears - New Cam, lifters and Push rods - Everything resealed - Most parts are new on engine, including all the crazy little things - New Aluminum Radiator with electric fans - All new brakes including Master cylinder- New Shocks and Stabilizer Strut - New Clutch assy - Stainless bolt body and engine kit - Carb rebuilt - All vacuum lines new and run/Routed correctly - New Tach - Lots of extra parts...2 sets of soft doors - 1 set of metal doors - hard top - Bimini Top - Hook up for Trail hitch - Tool box that fits inside Jeep - Runs and Drives great!!!
