1962 Jaguar XKE ROADSTER Additional Info:

This Series I XKE Roadster was obtained from an 83 year old owner that had been caretaker for this car for 36 years.
The body panels are straight as one perceives in photos posted.The floorpan has some rust in seams where pan meets the tub.The tub itself seems to be solid.The window frame under bonnet still has correct vin number of 877099.The transmission number (taken from data plate is EB3840js0,body number is r3612.When one drops the center gauge panel it reveals the original color is a deep blue.The car comes with a new soft top as well as a fresh service.Chrome is good,paint is driver condition good.Gauges are in good order.Engine holds strong oil pressure.Engine and brakes have just received a light service.Interior is in good order.
This is a great opportunity to purchase a running,driving SERIES I Roadster under the market that can be used as it is and restored later or just enjoyed as it is.
