1973 Jaguar E-Type Convertible Additional Info:
As you can see this Series III was in a Fire. Recently converted to fuel injection, this roadster had a fuel leak on the passenger side and I was happy to get out of the car and wait till the Fire Dept. arrived. Most of the damage is on the right side and the interior is TOAST!!!!!. Top frame is rebuildable with new rubber but basically unharmed. Wheels are fine, knockoffs are from a 68 and I have to 73's the go along with the vehicle. Car comes with the 4 carbs that came with the car as well intake manifolds.Bonnet is in great shape but suffers heat stress on the right side, but not the damage. Chrome is in great shape front and rear. Both front and rear shocks are new, less than 300 miles. Transmission and drive train still in great shape. I believe the Engine is OK with the exception of hoses and fuel injectors. Radiator top tank was new. Rear Clip was not effected. this is truly a car of the parts dealer that can store and sell off to rebuilders of Series 3 Jags.Sale subject to insurance settlement by the end of the month.
