Listing this for a friend. He's been building Hot Rods and Custom Cars for many years, but does not use the internet.
He Finished this truck about 2-3 years ago, and it has been mostly stored since with an occaional trip to town or to a car show. He did a Complete Frame Off Restoration and did not hold back on replacing everything to make it a very roadworthy and enjoyable truck to drive on a cross country trip.
Now he would like his garage back to work on the next project so the truck has got to go. This will be the last listing on ebay. if it does not sell this week the truck will be going to an area dealership to be sold outright or traded and taken to the auto auction in the twin cities.
DETAILS:
1984 GMC Shortbox 2WD Pickup.
Lowered 4" with 2" Drop Spindles and 2" Springs using Beltech parts.
New Bushings, Ball Joints, Steering Parts.
New Brakes, Rotors, Calipers, Drums.
New Box Sides.
New Windshield and Back Glass, and all New Rubber and Weatherstrip for Front, Back and Side Windows.
Basically Stock 350 Motor with aluminum intake and carburator
700R4 Automatic Overdrive Transmission.
Stainless Steel Dual Exhaust.
Custom Tailgate and Updated with a New 1991 GMC Suburban Front Grille/Headlight Assembly including Core Support and wiring harness.
