Mechanically sound and continuously sorted, runs and drives very well. Condition and appearance is in most respects as it left the factory in 1957 with 67 years of light usage. It can grace your garage and be taken to shows or be used daily driver. It's very difficult to find unmodified 4x4 pickups from the 1950s in this condition. Has its original huge GMC engine and manual 4 speed manual transmission. GMCs are sought after because of the larger heavier duty engines vs. Chevy and Ford of the same generation. Runs strong. Starts instantly. Will run and drive all day long and will take you across the country as it stands currently. I have an appraisal report which I would be glad to send to you if you message me.

Whether it stays in your garage, or goes to car shows or cars and coffee or you actually put it to use you will love this truck as we do. It's a tough vehicle and in fact so tough you can do whatever you want with it even if that means putting it to use on the trail or at the job site. This GMC is really an opportunity own a truly emblematic piece of automotive history Americana.

You can take up to 30 days to pick it up or get it transported out but be advised I am going on vacation for about 28 days starting about 10 days after the listing ends. If you are picking it up within that window I can probably leave the keys with the neighbor for you to pick it up or otherwise have them turn off the alarm and open the garage for a transport carrier to pick it up or to have it transported to the Port of Miami. If for some reason the neighbor is also away when you want to pick it up then you may have to wait for me to get back. Storage is free for 30 days assuming you pick it up or have it picked up by the 30th day. If you pick the pickup within 30 days of the listing close, you will pay nothing for storage. However, starting at the 31st day of storage buyer is responsible for storage charges of $125 per day which shall be retroactively calculated to start at the 1st day of storage, which is the day the listing closes in a sale to you. This rule is meant to avoid people trying to take advantage of storage. If you know in advance (before the listing closes in a sale to you) that you will need something like 40-45 days of storage or thereabouts, then contact me and we can work it out with a waiver in advance so you may not have to pay anything for storage. We don't want to collect storage charges from anyone. The purpose of storage charges is not to make money. But rather the storage charges exist to incentivize some bad actors from taking advantage of goodwill and kindness on our part.
