Available for your consideration to purchase is a 1962 Ford Galaxie 500 XL W/390 V8 Automatic bucket seat console car. A very solid car that you can jump in & drive anywhere. Just a nice running car. Hit the key without touching gas and will start right up. New battery, all new tuneup, new gas tank, new brakes complete with exception of rear wheel cylinders. Comes with fender skirts. Has two sets of wheels the set on the car with excellent tread and the factory original steel wheels & hubcaps with junk bias ply tires. They hold air just old & not good. A fun car to drive. A real headturner with many thumbs up. The 390 V8 is a strong runner. Automatic transmission shifts great. This car sat for years stored in garage and a year ago went thru car and made roadworthy & dependable to drive & have fun. I have all Dearborn Classic interior in the boxes and includes door panels. This car needs a new convertible top. The frame is excelelnt and goes up and down with no issues just the material is shot. The body is very solid with no rust other than on decklid has a small hole yet car comes with another clean decklid that will need painted. The trim is exceptional on this car. Very solid from top to bottom, frame is great shape as are the floor boards, solid with no issues. Trunk floor was replaced many years back with complete new panel. Body exceptional I could see the door on front edge and rear left quarter must had minor damage repaired years back the rest of the car straight & solid. A former white car that must been changed red years back. If your looking for a old classic that you can jump in & enjoy without breaking the bank this will be the car for you.
