I purchased this Falcon in the South West (Tijuana) in 2023 and have a clean clear title issued in my name. The previous owner bought it in the late 70's and it has had some great upgrades done to it! Some of the current highlights include:
1994 Hydraulic Roller Cam 5.0 Long Block
Rare Mexican 4bbl Intake
Alternator
T10 4-Speed with Hurst Shifter
Borgeson Power Steering
Dual Reservoir Master Cylinder
Front Disc Brakes
Custom 2.25” Dual Exhaust w/H-Pipe
American Racing Rims
Power Top
Padded Dash
Factory Ford AM-FM Radio (non working)
200 KPH Speedometer (not MPH)
Mexican Battery
This Falcon is very nice, even underneath, as you can see in the chassis shots! I took a lot of those pictures because when it was on the lift, I wanted to document how clean everything was on the bottom side. The California plates came in an envelope with the car, so I stuck them on when I bought it. I don't think the previous owner ever drove it though because there aren't any stickers on the plates, the exhaust is still like brand new, and it was 1 of 43 cars that he owned. I have since replaced the front CA plate with a Tijuana one (because I liked it) and replaced the back CA plate with a legal Minnesota one (because I have been enjoying the car at shows and cruises in South Eastern Minnesota).
With all of the drive train improvements, this Falcon is just a blast to cruise around in. It runs and drives awesome! Plus, as everyone knows, it's always better to start with a clean car than it is to have a patched up rusty one.
You are welcome to send an appraiser, or anyone else, to check it out in person too. I have a trailer and would be happy to try to work delivery into the deal. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions and thanks for looking.
