1934 Ford Other Pickups Additional Info:

Hell,
Up for auction is one of the most preserved Hot Rod Pickups to hit Ebay . This is a 1934 Ford Pickup, and it was recently shown at the Grand National Roadster Show where it was well received. It was originally built as a Hot Rod in the early 1960s, and comes from Fresno, California. It was Drag Raced for years, then put on the street. The paint is Lacquer, is over 50 years old, and in remarkable condition. Survivors in this preserved condition are simply not around.
INTERIOR: The Pickup has black Tuck & Roll upholstery, and is in mint condition.
DASH: Is painted black, and has an array of SW (Stewart Warner) gauges throughout. All Oil Pressure, Amp, Fuel, Water Temperatur, and Speedo work perfect. All dash lights work, too.
TIRES: A brand new set of Firestone wide white walls help make the early Hot Rod look. 8.20x15 in the rear, and 5.60x15 up front. A set of '55 Oldsmobile 3 bar spinner hubcaps give the Pickup that nostalgic vibe.
DRIVETRAIN: A ZZ4 Chevy V8 engine is nicely tucked in the front compartment. 375 Horsepower helps make this run excellent. Everything is chrome plated and polished. Headers and glasspack mufflers give the Pickup a throaty rumble to it. A Turbo 350 transmission is backed by it. A 10 bolt GM rear end with 3.23 gears is out back, mounted on parallel leaf springs.
BODY: The cab is chopped 4 inches, and was professionally done.
SUSPENSION: A 4 inch dropped axle, reversed spring eye, split hairpins, and disc brakes complete the front end.
The Windshield still "pops out" like original, and the cowl vent still works, too. In the bed is a work of art. wood strips are divided by polished stainless steel strips. Black tuck & roll panels are mounted on the inner walls and tail gate . 1941 Chevy taillights are mounted out back, original "Guide" headlights are mounted up front. Custom chrome nerf bars are mounted front & back, and give a nice finishing touch.
Folks, this Pickup runs down the Highway at 80 miles per hour all day long. It never gets hot. In fact, the temp never goes higher than 180*. All lights, turn signals, and brakes function like they are supposed to. This can be driven anywher, and is VERY reliable.
A unique piece of history. It is all Henry Ford steel, and not some cookie cutter fiberglass car that is flooded all over Ebay. This is one of a kind, so don't let it slip away.
