This auction is for a 1970 Torino GT with a clear title. This was the 1970 car of the year!Left for dead under a power line in Kentucky, this two owner factory yellow Torino is in dire need of some TLC. Look at the build sheet... this is a fantastic car with a lot of potential for the person with a vision. It was built with slats, shaker, hidden headlights, 4-speed manual tranny, 31-spline rear axle, and a 4V 351C. It has some obvious rust issues, and I don't have the facility to do the welding. There are body and floor panels available for this car, original and aftermarket. Or swap bodies. You have options. This one is NOT going to the junkyard, yet.What's left is what you get. Check out the pictures. The sale includes the rear 31-spline axle (N case) with factory traction lock, never been cracked open. Has traction bars. It's a roller. The 351C that's in there goes with the car but is probably trashed. It's not the original engine. The glass is all good. What's missing is the transmission, louvres, ribbon tach, shaker, dash, and most of the interior. Again, see the pics, reach out, and ask for more if you need them.There's a lot of extras that were removed from the car that will go with it, like the dash parts/pad/lower dash, interior trim pieces, radio, the wiring harness which is in surprisingly great condition... but most of it is in need of restoration.
