1930 Ford Model A Additional Info:

Up for sale is a 1930 Closed Cab Pickup in running / driving condition.

The car is currently registered in California and has a valid California title. It is essentially in as-found condition after being off the road for decades. Actual mileage is unknown.

To be totally clear, this is nowhere near a show car. We purchased the car in 2023 to save it from the hot rodders. Prior to that, it was last registered in the mid 1990’s. It’s an older amateur restoration with a plethora of farmer fixes that make the truck very unique to say the least. All we have done is swap out the generator, water hoses, and fan belt and change out the fluids.

Keep it as-is and run it as a jalopy truck, or it could be the base for a full restoration.

There are several positives about this truck:

·Nice patina on paint and running gear

·The engine runs well (with some blow-by) and the transmission shifts well.

·“Eyebrow” style front fenders

·While the brakes are not completely correct, it stops well

·The non-original interior is well done

·Stainless headlights and grill

Some things to keep in mind before purchasing:

·Rust in the typical locations (see photos)

·It will most likely need a clutch at some point

·Top material has rips

·The bed is plywood vs. original planks

·The electrical needs to be gone through
