1977 Ford Pinto Additional Info:

For sale is a 1977 mercury bobcat. 67,000 original miles, mechanically in excellent condition. Everything works great, it doesn't even leak fluids. It is all original, there are no performance up grades. I bought it in 2002 I am the second owner. Cosmetically the car is a gem, It was stripped down to the metal and repainted 4 years ago. It is garage kept so paint is excellent. A new carpet kit and a dash cap were installed and was painted to match. Upholstery is excellent with one small fray on drivers seat. The door panels are excellent as well. It has the original AM radio. Bumpers have been repositioned to fit tight to the body and do not stick out as originally manufactured. Bumpers were scraped up so I painted them with Plasti-dip as a temporary measure but I liked it so well I kept it that way.
No car is perfect so here are the negatives.1. There is a 6" long fray on the vertical seam of the drives seat. It is still solid, just the vinyl is coming off. Hard to see if you don't know it is there.
2.Speakers in door panels need replacing.3. There is a scrape in the paint from parking lot damage on passenger side. I would have taken care of this but my health is poor. See photo.4. There is no spare tire.5. There are some scrapes in cargo area.6. Bumpers need touch-up of plasti-dip.
