1965 Ford Galaxie. This is an unfinished PROJECT CAR!!!!This was my first attempt at a complete re-build so there are lots of imperfections. The engine is a 352 Ford FE; a "spare" 390 is included with the purchase. The transmission has been re-built. The interior is new along with the floor carpet and exhaust system. The car was purchased from a California dealer in 2008;,the title remains as a California title and will be signed over; the car resides in Estes park Colorado. The body and frame are excellent. One rust spot was repaired at the convertible boot exterior. The top frame works hydraulically. The convertible top was purchased from Eckler's/Dearborn Ford as in in the trunk. The car is a roller i.e. it will have to be winched/pushed onto a trailer. The car requires a complete startup of the engine/transmission/brake system. Numerous spare parts are included such as original radiators, head lights, tail lights, chrome sections. I have had trouble locating a vinyl dash and fasteners to install the rocker arm chrome otherwise I believe all parts are included for the final restoration.I have had the car for 15 years. I continued to work until 2022 therefore work was done sporadically. I am currently almost 80 and the new knee doesn't like being on the garage floor anymore.
