1965 Ford Galaxie Base Additional Info:

1965 Ford Galaxie LTD. This car has been painted (new paint) but needs a wash as you can see. The mildew will wash right off and has not effected the paint job. Custom paint includes two tone and flames. The vehicle was "shaved" before it was painted (All the trim was removed and the holes were filled and painted). My intention was to install automatic door openers ("Poppers"). The interior was painted with truck bed liner. The rear seat was removed and the holes through to the trunk were sealed by welding in a large sheet metal panel. All glass has been removed, some of which is in the trunk (no front windshield). I installed fiberglass front and rear bumpers ($125 each x 2 = $250). The bumpers were painted pearl white. There is no engine, transmission, steering column. I believe it has a 9" Ford Rear End. The interior has been completely removed. The tires are shot. This car is ready to be made into a street stock circle track race car, drag racer, or someone more ambitious could bring this to life as a street rod.
