1966 Ford F100 Custom Cab survivor

This is a local truck since new. I know the previous owner.It is a clean survivor with original paint. This is the custom cab model which was a higher option. The truck runs and drives excellent and has several new parts. This has the 352 V8 with a three speed manual on the column (3 on the tree). The inside of the box is near perfect and it wasn't worked hard. I have more pics I can send. Feel free to ask questions. Please read payment requirements. I accept wire transfer only. Thank you.

This truck has the 352 FE big block engine. It runs excellent. It has a new carburetor and new valve cover gaskets. It starts up every time. It has no ticks, knocks, or blowby. The valve cover gaskets were leaking but since I fixed them, I have not seen any leaks from the engine. The engine runs smooth. It has a nice dual exhaust that is quiet, but sounds cool when revved up. The transmission and clutch work perfectly with no abnormalities. This has the three speed manual on the column. They are pretty easy to learn to shift if you haven't had one. This truck has 3.50 gears, so it goes down the highway nicely for cruising. It has a new tailshaft seal and pinion seal. New tires. New air cleaner. New front bumper. Everthing works on the truck, with exception of the radio. It may just be disconnected. The lights all work, heater and heater fan, wipers and squirters. It still has the original wiper fluid bag. All of the gauges work. The truck needs nothing mechanical except shocks. You can drive it as-is though. The front brakes are all new. I have not checked the rear brakes. The brakes work fine. I have pics of the engine compartment I can send.

BODY

The body is in good original condition. The passenger door and the box have a couple soft dents that I think could be pulled out easily by a dentless repair place. the only external rust is the low rear corner of the drivers front fender. The rear cab corners have some rust but you cannot see it unless you get under the truck. These are easy to fix, but they don't affect usability of the truck. The front cab mounts/towers have no rust. the floor pans have no rust. Doors, hood, box, and tailgate are clean. I have undercarriage pics I can send. The mileage is 54,207 and that could be original but I don't know for sure. The grille and other stainless is in pretty nice shape. Front bumper is new. All lights work including the vintage cab lights! The truck has a nice patina and I would just drive it as-is.

INTERIOR

The interior appears to be all original with exception of the seat cover. The original seat upholstery needs re-done. The floormat is original and in nice shape. All gauges and lights work. The doors have speakers cut in. If you don't like that, I have another extra door panel metal piece the same color. I'm sure you could find another online. The radio does not work or is disconnected. The headliner is not nice. Reproductions are available in different styles and pretty cheap. The visors will need recovered/replaced also if you choose. The truck is pretty tight and not rattley like many. Doors and window open/close and operate as they should.
