I have been selling on Ebay since 2003 I try to be open and honest in all things but I do make mistakes and will work with buyer should there be an issue that is my fault that said- I received 2 negatives recently in the first instance the carb was sold "for parts or not working" the buyer was totally unreasonable- the day after he paid he wanted to know why it had not been shipped- when he received it he said it was a pos and could not be rebuilt- I told him to keep it and I would refund ALL his money- he said no- he would rather leave me neg feedback- no help from ebayThe other was my beautiful Ducati; in this situation I was dealing with the buyer in AL and his nephew in CA I communicated with both of them by phone and through email extensively and explained that the front brake was having an issue and I needed a couple of days to fix it, which we agreed to- the next day the nephew said he was coming to pick up the bike and he said not to worry about the brake as he was dropping at his mechanic and he would take care of it- next I hear from the nephew a week later wondering what is wrong as the bike makes noise when you let the clutch out- I explained it was a dry clutch and that noise is music to the trained ear- 3 weeks later I get negative feedback from the uncle without even discussing anything and no pics of alleged damagemy reason for posting this is I did no wrong in this instance either and again ZERO help from Ebay- So, if you have an issue give me a chance to resolve it I will not roll over for BS issues but I will make right my mistakes- I work with people especially reasonable people
