BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
This car has been in Az since the 70s and owned by an older man for the
last 30+ yrs. It runs and drives nicely for its age, but not a restored car.
Its a nice solid AZ car that was VERY loaded pretty well from the factory.
PS PDB AC TILT PW PT 351C Appearance and Gauge pkg Console and more/
Factory 8k tach and 120 speedo etc.
SHOWS aprox 57k on the odometer and judging by the condition of the car
as a whole, it could be original miles. The older gentleman never drove much
at, and it sat in a garage most of its life.

IF I keep or kept it, Id put a set of 17x8 Retro Magnum 500s on it
and Lower it 2" all around and maybe prob put a nice dual exhaust
On it..

As it sits now, it looks like the original muffler is still on there.My guess the build sheet is still under the carpet.

Just took my daughter up to Chic-Filet and sat in the
drivethru for 10 min here in Tucson in the Az 108 degree
heat, happy to report the car didnt overheat. Temp gauge went
to about 3/4, a tic over its normal temp.

Its a blast to drive and gets alot of attention as is.
The top and glass window are only about 6 yrs old too.
Rest of the car is presentable, just dont expect a trailer queen.

DRIVETRAIN: Under the hood the original 351C 2v
and auto Trans. Starts and runs well. Only real mod is the
aftermarket air cleaner. Sourcing stock ones here on ebay
isnt too hard. Its been well taken care of mechanically
over the yrs. AC worked last yr, but not cool this yr. The last
owner of so many yrs was part of a family who had an auto repair
business and it always got fixed as needed when needed.
Trans shifts nicely and firm, w/ Plenty of power from
the idle on up.

INTERIOR: take a look at the pics, the cars been in AZ pretty
much its whole life and the interior mostly complete, needs some
restoring here too. Very few cars left the factory in the Avocado Green interior, which screams 70s and pretty much original, and shows normal wear and tear.
All the gauges work and so does the stock AM radio.
Very rare options like PW which all work as does the tilt etc.
Convert top was working, but it started leaking somewhere last
yr. Instrument lights work too, but just dim. Rimblow 3 spoke
Steering wheel is another option...that still works. 3 out of the 4
power windows are working too.

EXTERIOR:the body is very straight for its age, the original
color had a repaint about 30 yrs ago when it had some body
work done near the rear dr side mostly. Std enamal, no clear coat.
Its not amazing, but the paint is very acceptable for its age and
just for cruising around.Trunk opens and works fine. Inside is very
clean and no signs of rust or rot. The front grill felt loose and showing its
age, but again, for a fun drivers, its not horrible. The trunk lid is the mos
obvious part that need alignment.
Under the car is just as amazing with no undercoating ever or rust.
Some signs of hydraulic fluid on one side from a leak in the conv to
system. Motor works fine, but it did leak out most of the fluid. I may
try and fill is this week or pull the back seat out to see whats up.
Dr door below the body line has a small crease too.
Front windshield is cracked but usable as is. IF you want it fixed and
buy the vehicle, I can get it done locally for a good price if you want
to pay to get it done before it ships.

It commands alot of attention. Even AS IS with the paint issues,
people love it.

SUSPENSION:the suspension looks pretty much like the way
it came from the factory and complete. Has had some normal repairs
done here with some new parts over the yrs, so it does Drives down the road very sel and brakes work great too. Also, has a nice set of Goodyear radials on it. Fun car to take family out in of better half.
I drive a new Ford Flex almost daily and this drive and handles still
great compared to that vehicle.

Also, if you buy a car thats been "restored", who knows what surprises are hidden under new paint or thick undercoating.
People are flipping cars all the time when most of the jobs are
fast, for a quick buck and quality suffers.
