1936 Ford Other Additional Info:
SoCal Classic Car Storage in Laguna Hills, CA is please to offer this 1936 Ford Cabriolet on behalf of one of our clients. This Cabriolet was tastefully restored with all the modern additions one could want in a turn-key Street Rod. Please know that it has a salvage title due to a rear end collision (see last picture). As with some salvage titled vehicles, the choice was made to hire a highly reputable body shop to make the repairs and keep thiscollectible classic on the road. With that said, the asking price is reflective of the salvage title. If it wasn't for the status of the title, the price would certainly be north of $60k. With a stack of receipts, I think you'll agree there's a tremendous amount of value in this '36. So if this Cabriolet still peeks your interest..... see the details and description below.

The car runs and drives extremely well. It was literally tuned-up and under-went a mechanical inspection two weeks prior to this ad. At that time, a new gel battery was also installed. As seen in the photos, the fit and finish is what one would expect from a fully restored car of this caliber. The car was recently painted during the restoration (post collision damage) and was professionally done to very high standards. All the chrome and trim show very well. The under carriage and chassis are very clean with components either powder coated or painted.
Aside from having the option to drive with the top down, you'll surely enjoy the added comfort of air conditioning and heat throughout the year. As an added bonus, the tilt wheel and power seats compliment the modernly stylish cream colored interior. The owner has taken extreme pride in this classic and it shows in every aspect of the car. Take a long look at the engine compartment and notice all of the polished or plated accessories.
Along with the sale is an envelope full of receipts.
As stated above, there's a ton of value in this car. It is literally turn-key and ready for a new owner. As stated, it was in a rear end collision about three years ago and due to the fact we're consigning the vehicle on behalf of the owner, I don't have a ton of details on the repairs. With that said, forgive me if I can't answer all of your questions. If you've been a classic car enthusiast for some time, you'll understand the process of restoring a vehicle back to it's original condition. It's extremely costly and time consuming. All that translates to..... it cost more than the asking price. The damage was unfortunate, but the car was fully repaired and as good as it was prior to the accident.
