'62 Ford Falcon Coupe. Beautiful survivor. 18,750 actual miles.All original paint that is nearly flawless and has not been spotted or worked. Its all very nice and has always been inside and kept waxed. All trim, brightwork, glass, emblems, grill etc. are original and immaculate. Absolutely no restored or reproduction parts on this car.
The interior is beautiful! The seats had plastic covers on them since new. The covers were discolored and coming apart so we removed them earlier this year. The seats are like a brand new! The stitching is bright and still very strong along with the vinyl and foam, not a single scuff or crack on them. The headliner, dash, floor, door panels and package tray are also perfect. No sun fading or signs of wear. The steering wheel is perfect with no splits or ring damage, the horn button is also perfect. The gauges all work perfect and are clear and bright. Inside the trunk has the original spare tire, jack/tools, floor mat and jacking instructions. Under the rubber floor mat looks like a new 62 Falcon. Most people would think the interior is all new, but its totally original.
This car retains with all five of its original 13" Firestone "Deluxe Champion" tires and steel wheels. Four new reproduction wheels with new radial tires are currently on the car for drivability. The 6 cylinder engine runs like a top. Always starts right up and sounds perfect with no leaks or smoke. The 3 speed on the column shifts nice and smooth along with the clutch. Mechanically this car is great. Always meticousley maintained making it very reliable and fun to drive.
This little Ford is an absolute time capsule and includes its original owners manual and keys.
