1978 Ford F-150 Additional Info:
1978 Ford Ranger F150 2wd long bed half ton pickup truck. 351m engine backed by automatic transmission (believe c6?). Power steering, power brakes. Air conditioning (still works), tilt column, cruise control. Stock factory Ford radio(works). Wood grain dash and steering wheel. Perfect factory dash, nice carpet and high quality seat cover. Wagon style wheels with matching tires. Tires are brand new but they are old and have some cracking on side wall. New master cylinder and power booster. New fuel pump. Air shocks in rear. Tow package. 9" rear axle. Runs good when warm, choke is acting up so needs to be adjusted for better cold idle. Newer muffler sounds very healthy. Truck is completely bone stock and original under the hood besides the cool artillery tool box mounted on the drivers fender well. Truck has many dings dents scratches and imperfections but looks extremely great for its age and shines up excellent. Great patina and character that took over 40 years to create. Something that will still be a great rig to take to local car shows and be a real eye catcher, but also not hesitate to put a load in the back and use the truck as it was intended to be used. Starts right up, stops, steers, drives but has been off the road for a few years. Truck is located in Northern California (Sacramento) 15 minutes from the Sacramento International Airport. I am more than happy to show the truck at any time to you or a third party, however all inspections must be made prior to end of auction. You can contact me at 9162073964 if you have any other questions or would like to schedule appointment to view. Truck is being sold as-is where-is with no warranty given or implied. Buyer is responsible for all transportation, registration, and other fees that may be inquired at the close of auction/sale. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due immediately at the end of auction.
