No reserve auction on this beautiful Ford Bronco we affectionately call “The Hulk”. I’m sure you can see why! This Bronco came to us partially restored by its previous owner. I guarantee you will get plenty of thumbs up as you’re cruising around your town in this thing. It has that great summertime (or depending on where you live…wintertime) vibe to it! This Bronco came to us from a collector and mechanic who started the restoration process by doing the custom paint and mechanical work. She’s a great example of a well done “Resto-Mod” Bronco that looks great with the bright green exterior with black accents and brown custom interior. She is currently located in our climate controlled facility in Parker, Colorado.
The “Grabber” green paint on her was redone by previous owner. We did some touchup work to it but there are a few bumps and bruises but that’s to be expected for a 45 year old vehicle. Nothing major or worth worrying about. The way this Bronco looks she’ll look just as good barreling down a dusty mountain trail as she will cruising the local beach scene. Expect to attract a lot of attention when driving her around…this is not for the Bronco fan wanting to stay under the radar! We believe she started out originally as a Ranger Package based on the badging on the glovebox.
The interior on her is absolutely perfect. This is one area we really focused on for this build. Custom simulated leather seats which will hold up perfectly if you get caught out in the weather. Brand new premium black box-knit wool carpet matches the black accent piping on the seats. The black dash pad is in perfect condition and all the gauges cleaned up pretty good. The door panels and rear quarter panels all match the seats giving this thing that extra sharp custom look. I can’t imagine this Bronco not winning your local car shows! There is a Kenwood in-dash CD player with removable faceplate installed.
Power comes from a re-built Ford small block engine with some add-on goodies. We believe it’s most likely the time-tested 302 built up with Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, headers, electronic ignition and aluminum radiator. New wires and plugs along with a new air cleaner has her firing right up and running nice and strong. A C4 automatic transmission and power steering makes this Bronco fun and easy to drive at both slow and higher speeds. Disc brakes on the front has her stopping well and if you wanted they’re easily upgraded with kits readily available from different suppliers. The custom exhaust that was installed gives this Bronco a great “growl” that in addition to her looks will attract some attention. With all the engine "goodies" added she has quite a bit more "pep in her step" and likes to get up and go!
The metal on this Bronco is in perfect shape. No rust anywhere…all the floors, rockers and pans are solid. From what we can tell this Bronco spent its last few years while going through restoration inside and dry and never saw any salty roads or harsh conditions. This is a great buy for an already restored “Resto-Mod” Bronco that is perfect to drive as she sits.
For a 45 year old vehicle she’s an amazing example. Although she’s not absolutely perfect she’s perfect enough to enjoy as soon as she comes off the trailer. Although I’ve done my best to describe the vehicle local inspections are encouraged! If you have any questions please call or text me on my cell at (949) 521-1484. I have a great contact for shipping, cost is solely on the buyer though. I can help load and video upon pickup. No warranty is expressed written or implied. Vehicle is sold “as is, where is.” I reserve the right to end the auction early, please call me if you want to discuss further. Good luck and happy bidding!
