1959 Ford F-100 Additional Info:
Colorado truck. Replacement rust free cab .Good running 292 with manual . new clutch assembly. Brakes replaced. Needs rewiring, exhaust, and cosmetic restoration. Great project or use as preservation truck. Mileage unknown-we replaced the tired original 292 with one that ran well.
Dash is intact including original non working radio--no vicious cut outs for newer unit.
I am very familiar with the traditional body rot areas of these truck from front to rear and have done all I can to replace or remedy the issue. One small area of rust in the trunk bed overlooked but minor
Windows work, windshield has wiper scratch. new gasket. new back window gasket included . back glass has crack.
Selling at a loss, but I know most will still view this as a project, but it's an honest one. Believe priced fairly.
Car located in Fort Collins, CO. Any questions feel free to eBay message or text me 9704437534 or leave a message--I get a dozen 'robo calls' a day and don't take them. Leave a message and I will know you are legit.
I have a friend who transports cars to both coasts . He has taken two to the Los Angeles area for container shipment. He is very reasonable priced. Feel free to contact me for approximate quote.I might refer anyone truly interested to go to U ship to get a quote for moving this truck home. the truck can sit 30 days no sweat. Going to the East Coast likely costs around $8-900. unless you get lucky and find a transporter with an empty slot and flexible in price. The truck runs, but we didn't redo the wiring, etc and while pretty simple on an older truck you can't drive without headlights at night and it's getting darker each week.
I will post more images soon.
