1971 Ford F-250 Sport Custom Additional Info:
This is an original, garage kept truck. It has about 96,000 miles on it. I have gone through every system and repaired as needed to make it into the daily driver that it is. I have made many changes/upgrades over the years and they are too many to list. I have all the original parts, and they are included. Although it currently has cheap after market door panels (installed to accommodate the Craig Pioneer speakers for the 8 track) I have the original and perfect ones in storage along with the original AM radio, bezel, speaker and antenna.
Just a few of the things done due to the previous prolonged storage of 20 years or so are new tires, (I took off some very hard bias tires) complete brake rebuild including conversion to disc brakes in the front, water pump, radiator rebuild, starter, belts, hoses, complete exhaust system, including manifolds, Edelbrock carb and intake, distributor, pertronix ignition, drive shaft, etc, etc.
It has a 360 engine with P/B, P/S and a C6 trans. The side tool box is in perfect condition. The dual fuel tanks work as new.
The last picture is what it looked like when I got it with the camper shell, bias tires and single exhaust system. No, I do not have the shell. I gave it away years ago. This truck has never been painted but I did touch up along the top edges of the bed and tail gate to clean up the damage the camper shell left.
Please note: This is not a show truck. If you look real close you will see some very small imperfections here and there.
