1977 Ford Granada Additional Info:
Very rare Mercury Monarch which is a sportier, up featured Ford Granada. This beauty will surprise you at every turn with it's features, quality and originality! It's incredibly original, sporting its original paint and interior as well as original title and tax receipt as pictured. The elderly gentleman I purchased it from shared that this little car had never even left the town of Shawnee Oklahoma until I purchased it.The original paint does of course have some minor dings, dents and scratches as you'd expect on a 42 year old car but does still present very, very well as the pictures show! I do not see any rust anywhere on the car and have even includedsome photos underneath so you can appreciatejust how nice this car is. The Landau top is also in nice condition and presents very well also. The original interior is in excellent condition and looks as though it's only a few years old. The only pick is the rear plastic panels have faded from the Oklahoma sun and could use a fresh coat of paint they're not damaged or cracked, just faded. The doors shut easily, crisp and tight, the buzzers all work as well. The ignition, headlights and door ajar all buzz just as they did when new. The 302 V8 purrs like a kitten and is smooth and quiet, it does have a slight miss on startup so I would expect that it'll need a tuneup sometime soon. The air conditioning blows cold, the radio works just great, the kick panel lights illuminate when the doors are opened, the horn, blinkers and gauges all seem to be in order as well. This sporty little car is the perfect way to enter the classic car field without mortgaging the house! $500 deposit due in 72 hours of auction ending, balance due in 7 days or upon pick up whichever comes first.
