1936 Ford Model 68 Deluxe Additional Info:
Hello Everyone, here we have a wonderful old restoration 1936 Ford Humpback four door sedan Deluxe Model 68. We found this at an estate sal, previous owner has passe, but the car was restored some 20 years ago, the interior is like new, black with red tri, not an original Mohair but very nice leather like material with headliner like new, just needs good cleaning. some front side carpet panels need to be attached backed. has very nice black carpet as well. We could not find any rust on this car, believed to be an all original California car with it's original 1936 license plates. The body as we mentioned was restored some time ago, some areas of paint on the top hood area is bubbling from poor quality paint and the color used was ugl, blue, but protected the car from any rust through the years, I suppose. So paint looks ok from ten feet, we have Not cleane, detailed the car at all, just like we found it is how we are listing it. I am sure with was, clean up and detail it will look 100% better. The tires are near new, the engine is complete, we put a new battery and it cranks over and wants to start but that's all we di, further needs to be properly serviced, oil changed and so forth before starting the engine and driving. Breaks work good, so is the hand brake lever. Breaks may be mechanical original. Has Original HURD key that locks the steering column, but does not work for the glove box nor outside door lock. The two latched that lock the rear trunk are missing, inside the trunk is clean, carpeted and underneath only light dust surface rust dust. Now the Title is clear and is on non op, but we do not have the title nor registration, as it has been lost, but we have had a California State Vin number ID inspected and certified by a licensed agent, so we have that paperwork and other DMV paperwork got titleless transfer. That's how we acquired the car and how we are selling it. You would have to do your own footwork in obtaining the title for the car. It;s a wonderful project with little time to get it running and enjoy this American classic, 1936 Ford sedan. Sold in as is condition, not running, no title pink slip. Cash onl, payment and pick up in perso, Upland Ca. 91784. Any questions, welcome! Thank you :) The Reserve is Fair and Low $7777
