Do you want a classic American V8? Do you want a convertible? Do you want a 4x4? Or do you want it all in one package like this 1972 Ford Bronco? Ford had some nice colors available from the factory in 1972, but none were as bold as this purple. The white accents that were added was a masterstroke. After all, it looks great as a performance stripe package starting on the hood, and then flowing onto the... fenders and doors. Plus, it makes for a very uniform package when combined with the bumpers, grille, wheels, and the roof. Speaking of the roof, we all love these first-gen Broncos because of the fully removable hardtop and removable doors. It allows you to dial in your level of how much nature you want at any time. Even with the roof removed, this Bronco still follows a nice color theme. With the bold purple returning on the dash and doors, and plenty of white on the refinished seats and door inserts, this is a full uniform appearance inside and out. Yes, those white bucket seats are made of a durable vinyl, so they clean up easily from any day you might spend in the mud. More than just look nice, this is a true vintage truck, and so it has the right features like the classic grippy dual-spoke steering wheel. This gives you an easy view of the factory gauge setup and the road ahead. One of the best options from the factory was the V8 upgrade, and a very original-looking 302 V8 still lives under the hood of this G-code Bronco. Ford's V8s are known for being stout and powerful, and so it makes for the ideal power plant in a trail-ready Bronco. The upgraded dual exhaust gives a nice tone no matter if you're in the city or off the pavement, and the control of the column-shifted three-speed manual transmission is ideal. It's a true 4x4 with a two-speed transfers cars and manual locking hubs. Another great thing about Broncos is the short wheelbase is ideal for scaling obstacles and tight turns. Also, if anything needs to be mended after an adventurous day off-road, many of the major mechanical pieces are either shared across the Ford's robust truck line and part of the larger 4x4 community. So while 1st generation Broncos are becoming rarer every day, finding replacement parts is often quite simple. This is a nicely packaged and well-priced classic Bronco.
