Well guys and girls, here it as, another failed attempt at some middle aged guys dream to restore a classic mustang fastback. I bought this about 13 years ago, when I was dumb and gone in 60 seconds had recently come out. I honestly didn't know what I was getting into but was fearless to try. However, reality hit when I got married, had kids, went back to school and 13 years flew by. I do not have the time, money or my wife's patience to keep it, although it breaks my heart.This is a 1966 mustang fastback. It had a 289 V8 in it, however it was from a Ford falcon along with the tranny so I sold them both. The car is also missing a passenger front fender as it was too rusted out. I also got rid of the gas tank for the same reason. Everything else that came with the car is there. I purchased some replacement parts for the front end and an independent front suspension kit. It has 4 good mag wheels and rims. I have all the paperwork, the keys and the title.My dream was to build one of these like the mustang model I built with my dad when I was a kid, but now that dream can be yours.Please, serious inquires only.
