What's better than speeding around in style while in the comfort of air conditioning? This Ford Model A pickup offers the unique feeling of an old-style hot rod, but modern conveniences like a fuel-injected V8 makes it a true standout. This truck has a mean stance that combines the original hot rod spirit with a bit more modern touches. After all, this is the iconic shape of the Model A pickup but with tighter body gaps and terrific metallic paint.... It's a fiberglass body truck, but its presentation is so good that it's up to you to tell passersby your secret. Thus, it has true driver appeal, because you can go for a 1930s-style cruise without the apprehension. This truck was built with the idea to be as straight, clean, and clutter-free as possible. So upon closer inspection, you'll notice the butter-smooth fenders and shaved door handles (access is gained by remote control). Simplicity in appearance doesn't mean this truck is missing the little touches. For example, the dual exhaust is integrated into the rear pan, and the turn signals nearly hidden at the bottom of the front fenders are signs of a detailed build. Inside this truck blends old and new worlds almost seamlessly. There is the classic bench seat setup, but it is done in a tasteful two-tone gray leather that's been sectioned for individual comfort. The door panels, carpeting, and headliner all match this color scheme very nicely. Just like the outside, the dashboard has been streamlined, which means switches for the power windows and other modern convinces are hidden to avoid clutter. Air conditioning vents are integrated into the custom dash so well that you'd swear that Model As were supposed to come with this superior ventilation. Gauges are in the center just like an original truck, but this one has been upgraded to a full Dolphin package to provide this hot rod's full vital info. The final touch is the Grant sports steering wheel and grippy piston-style shifter so you get the best in presentation and control. With the engine on display to the world, you want it to be as shiny as this one. With the air topper, matching valve covers, alternator, radiator, pulleys, shorty headers, and so much more drawing attention, you might forget to spot the best upgrade of them all. If you look closely at this motor, you 'll spot a FI-Tech fuel injection system. That means this 350 cubic-inch small block has a huge advantage in performance and reliability. More than just the motor, it's worth looking at the undercarriage photos for all the upgrades under the skin. Up front is an independent suspension with tubular A-arms and power disc brakes. In the rear are adjustable coilovers as well as a stout Ford 9-inch rear made even stronger by Mosler axles. Even the dual exhaust is new to give this custom pickup a rumbling attitude. Plus, you have other great driving features like the TH350 three-speed automatic transmission and BF Goodrich T/As on Rocket Racing wheels. Complete with build receipts, this is a truck, a hot rod, and a very nicely customized vehicle that can easily make friends wherever it goes. Don't miss out on a stellar total package. Call now!
