1958 Ford F-100 Custom Cab Additional Info:

Hello I will try to list everything done to this old hot rod I've done to it. Motor is a 1960 292 Y block with only 15k on the motor i pulled it out of an old grain truck on a farm that it was rebuilt in 1977'and saw almost no use past 1984'. Went through the whole motor new everything runs perfect. Starts up with no choke and runs smooth. Valves are adjusted perfectly. 3 speed on the tree works perfect. This is my daily driver the last two years everyday rain or shine. Drives down the freeway great at 60 mph. Suspension is a brand new Mustang 2 front end with disc brakes. Manual steering rack is easy to turn dead stopped. Full Air Ride suspension from Acuair with dual compressors and 12 gallon volume tank so you can lift the truck up and down many times at 200 Psi before its starts to get slow on lifting up. C notched and four linked in the rear. Factory Ford 15" Steelies powder coated gloss black with brand new Coker Radials on it with maybe 1500 miles on them all in perfect condition. Spyder caps for the steelies from Coker. Had a 59 front clip on it from when they painted this truck back in the early 70s. Old man said a tree fell across the front from a heavy snow fall. Used a parts truck he had to fix it. Paint is a cool color it's done 40 years ago so obviously it's not perfect she has dings and the bottoms of the doors will need patches one day. Motor comes with a nice Tri Power setup with carbs and rebuild kits for them. It has a holley 500 two barrel that runs great on that 292 motor. I'm just not good at setting up Tri Powers but I've had it for this motor a long time. Msd coil, brand new 4 core aluminum radiator with new 6 blade fan. Motor oil pressure stays at 45 Psi even at idle. Never gets hot ever even sitting in traffic for hours. Two switches for the bags front and rear only. It's setup if you wire it for side to side I just never cared to do that. Has a stereo system in the truck hidden the flat 10" sub is under the seat. Memphis speakers on the back head liner that blend it with the custom head line I built with big bass boat red metal flake, 1950s Hot Rod magazine cut outs and 1960s playboy cut outs mojpojed together it came out awesome. Everyone loves it. Dome light is out of a 1948 Pontiac with swivel map light that looks rad. Seat was custom made I had a friend 15 years ago give me a NOS roll of 1942 Rolls Royce interior materials he had about 12 yards of it. It's so Damn beautiful in this truck. Heavy red stitching in between the red corduroy pattern. It's a one off that is really beautiful. Rare F6 gauge cluster fuel gauge works with brand new 18 gallon gas tank behind the seat. All the knobs for the switches are 1930s red glass dresser drawer knobs i drilled and tapped out with set screws so those are all the knobs they work great. 1950s 3 on the tree shift knob matches my steering wheel suicide knob. Took me 9 months online looking to match those two to each other. 1963 Pontiac vacuum gauge on the dash that works great. Yellow high beam lights. Dummy spot lights and peep mirror. Blue dot tail lights deluxe factory bumpers. Raised all the way up in the front and slammed in the back she will throw sparks off the bumper. I usually aim for Toyota Priuses. Buhahahaaaaaa! This truck is a blast to drive as I drive it everyday. Selling it to move the Florida away from crappy Washington state rain only reason I'm selling it. Feel free to message me with any questions. Title is clean and matches. It's a really cool old hot rod. Thank for looking.
