1975 Ford F250 Factory Highboy 4WD, 1-Owner Survivor
The nicest survivor condition Highboy that we have ever come across. This truck is a real factory Highboy that was built in San Jose California, sold in Los Angeles, Ca and in 2010 came here to North Texas all owned by her original owner. The truck hasnever been in the snow, up north or any harsh conditions, never been in an accidents or body repairs, solid truck with solid all original metal. With only one repaint; the original owner had her painted back in 2010the original factory color and had the camper matched. The original owner is a retiring airline pilot and this truck was stored inside an airplane hanger most of her life. The engine was removed ad had a rebuild about 8 years ago and all her original parts were re-installed; including smog system. The only negative this I found is that since the repaint the paint has a few cracks on the front of the hood (see pic) and a few areas were the clear coat is pealing. This truck is NOT lifted; the high boy has about a 3-4" lift from the factory, runs a special suspension, axles, narrower frame, separated transfercase and all were built with larger gears, Dana 60 axles and in a 4-Speed Manual Transmission. Most of these trucks are rusted out and have been used hard as intended, not this one at all. The wheels and radio are not original, radio is a old cassetteknob radio so nothing was cut to install. Factory Wheels would of been 8 lug steel wheels. The camper top is in excellent condition. Has Factory Power Steering and a rear sliding window. See pic of door tag, 60+ pictures and 3 min video in listing. This is an amazing find, she drives excellent with no overheating, transfercase and 4WD works great and rides as a true survivor does, like factory. Call Ron at 682-333-7433 with any questions.
