A real-deal 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 dressed in a glossy red is that perfect recipe for American muscle that always attracts attention. Of course, if they don't see you coming, the burly 351 V8 under the hood will make sure they hear you well before your arrival.Does it really get any better than a red Mustang, done in the best go-fast livery ever to come out of Dearborn? The Mach 1 was arguably the most attractive Mustang of all time, and with upgrades like the hood scoop, chin spoiler, hood pins, slotted rear window, and rear wing, it certainly looks the part of a high-performance pony. Special Mach 1 pieces like the rocker panel moldings are beautifully finished, and the blacked out stripe treatment have been expertly applied. Chrome bumpers look great against the red paint, and all the stainless trim has been polished to a mirror shine. And of course there's no missing those iconic Magnum 500 wheels with the Mustang pony in the center cap.Black is beautiful, especially inside this pony car. The Comfort-Weave bucket seats look like they've been recently re-covered so they can live up to their name. All the right stock pieces appear in place, from the center console, to the heat/defrost controls. Plus, there are a few welcomed upgrades that give this interior true distinction. For you there's a new three-spoke sports steering wheel with the Mustang logo in the centercap to keep it this upgrade looking in place. And while you're enjoying the drive, your passengers can listen to more modern tunes on the AM/FM/CD stereo.Pop the hood, and you'll be happy to see that this H-code Mustang has a 351 cubic-inch V8 filling the engine bay. It shows nicely for events with the new wires and hoses, and of course, there's no missing the chrome valve covers and air cleaner. But beyond just looking great for the show, this Mach 1 has some get-up-n-go. The big V8 exhales with serious authority through performance long-tube headers on its was through the dual exhaust. The power is handled nicely by the stout C4 three-speed automatic transmission. In addition to the gearbox, this is a true cruiser with power steering, front disc brakes, and modern BF Goodrich T/As at all four corners.Aggressive, fun, and iconic 1970 was one of the most distinctly styled years for the first-generation Mustang. This is a classic that you will be proud to drive, and it has the right features that you can do it every day. Call now!!
