This 1971 Ford Bronco carries an incredible look, and you'll have no reservations going just about anywhere with its over-sized tires, lift kit and rock rails, and 5.0L HO Fuel Injected engine!!
It's hard to go wrong with the look of an early Bronco. The body design just about lends it to whatever color you choose to go with. This is covered in an extremely slick coat of Synergy Green paint that is absolutely stunning when rolled out into the sun. The frame and bumpers have been powder coated, and to help on the trails its been equipped with an Mile Marker 8,000lb winch. Down the sides you'll find solid rock rails, sliders and side steps. Before you ask, it has been lifted with a Skyjacker lift kit to give it that incredible stance. Fender flares permit the use of oversized rubber to match the bumpers and grille, giving the Bronco a cheerful disposition. Run the soft-top or not, the truck has incredible look.
Most Broncos interiors are basic, but that's not the case for this '71. Inside you will find more custom touches that set this apart from anything you have ever seen. It starts with the baja seats that continues the black and green theme. To make you feel safe in any environment the Bronco has been equipped with a custom 8-point roll cage with a silhouette of a bronco in the center. In front of the passengers is a carbon fiber-esque dash that really spices things up nicely. Not only does it feature a custom look, but it is capable of housing your iPad or tablet of choice straight on the dash. All the gauges can be found in two round pods to the left and right of the steering column. The custom dash also includes an AM/FM/CD alpine stereo head unit that is BlueTooth ready. The stereo system is something that will grab the attention of anyone within a 5 block radius with a Kicker 350 amp and a 12" sub-woofer. On the painted floors you'll find the controls for the automatic transmission, and the second lever is of course for the 2-speed 4-wheel drive transfer case.
Lift the vibrant green hood and you'll reveal a 1989 5.0L HO V8. Equipped with fuel injection, this modern powerplant looks right at home in the bright green engine bay. The engine features all new wiring and power steering. Bolted to the Ford block is a C4 automatic transmission that sends power to the rear, or the front thanks to a new front driveshaft, equipped with a 4.56 posi. Stopping power comes courtesy of power brakes with discs in the front and drums in the rear. In front of those brake you'll find massive TR Motorsport faux bead-lock wheels wrapped in 37x12.5R15 rubber.
Small dent on the hood from closing the hood with a tool in there. Other than that the body is straight!
Since pictures were taken I have swapped out the fog lights with LED light bar style, and added a yellow top optima battery.
